Aros Park is about half a mile from the capital of Mull, Tobermory. Maintained by Forest Enterprise it has been developed as a recreational woodland. The Allan family who owned Aros House, which has since been demolished, worked to create the grounds between 1874 and 1959. The lochan pictured was created as a feature and also to power a local mill.
